VIRTUAL TRAINING SESSIONS

No need to let your fitness suffer during lockdown. Bodyweight training is a really effective way to tone those muscles & get a good sweat up - from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a laptop or ipad, a mat and a positive attitude! I will take care of the rest!

Bodyweight Blitz is a full body interval style workout with minimal equipment. Just need yourself and a mat/rug. 

 

Booty with bands is a low impact workout to strengthen and tone the backside. A joint friendly class that delivers a good booty burn! We use a micro band but not essential to do the class.
