Reachurpotential offers integrated, personalised and professionally monitored Mums and Bubs training.

 

Pregnancy puts you in the path of entirely new challenges with fitness, comfort and balance, and at Reachurpotential we encourage you to speak up. We work together on programs to ensure that, with our guidance and expertise, you can Reachurpotential during pregnancy in the most nurturing environment possible.

 

Sessions include a a combination of cardio, resistance/strength training, flexibility, core stability and pelvic floor exercises in a non-intimidating, outdoor environment.

 

Kids are also welcome to attend, so new mums can still have their freedom, without the hassle of trying to find a childcare.

 

You are setting the best example possible to your children by showing them regular exercise is a part of your life.
