 Small Group Training (SGT) caters for small groups who want to combine their energy, honing it into a high-intensity exercise session that encourages fun and fitness in unison. 

 

A great way to regularly catch up with old friends or meet new people, SGT makes sessions more affordable and fitness goals more realistic, long term. There is no greater motivator than a friend who is counting on you, even when you can't count on yourself.
