I was a reluctant convert to personal training - what if I couldn't keep up, felt embarrassed etc etc but I went along for a trial and loved it and have not looked back - I have trained with Katie for 3 years now and she runs sessions so everyone is worked at their level and has fun doing it, she also always makes each class different so there is no "gym" type fatigue of doing the same thing again and again, highly recommend you give her a call if you are thinking of some outdoor training :)
