Am I fit enough for outdoor training?

You don't need to be 'fit' to start training. We cater for all fitness levels and always give a low impact option for beginners. 

It's all about going at your own pace and having fun!

What do I need to bring?
A water bottle, small towel and a positive attitude!
Can I bring a friend?
You sure can. Keep in mind that whenever you introduce a friend - you will receive a free week of training
just to say thank you!

 

Are dogs allowed at sessions?
Yes! However, to ensure the safety and comfort of others in the class, your pet will need to be tied up throughout the
duration of the session.

 

What happens if it's raining?
We do a rain dance & work extra hard to stay warm!
On a serious note, there are undercover options for all group training locations. Training will go ahead - rain, hail or shine.
 
Can i come do different sessions each week?
Absolutely. You are more than welcome to attend any of our 15 group training classes on the timetable.
It's not compulsory to let us know, but by all means a quick text message is always appreciated!​

 

If i have an injury, can i still come along and do some modified training?
Absolutely. We do need to know the nature of your injury and what you can do so we can modify accordingly. So we do ask that you call, text, email us 24hours before the session so we can plan the session in advance.
